10 months agoMisleading Wi-Fi Claims — Needs Serious Attention Before this hotel changed names, the WiFi was barely usable, and it has somehow gotten even worse. Download speeds stay under one megabit per second, making it essentially nonfunctional. I’m very familiar with technology, and this is not a device issue or a case of too many users. The network simply does not work. I’ve addressed this with the staff multiple times and was brushed off every time. In 2025, functioning WiFi is a basic expectation for any hotel. Advertising free WiFi that doesn’t operate at even the most basic level feels misleading, especially when guests rely on it for everyday tasks. This has been an issue for a long time, and nothing suggests ownership is willing to fix it. If you need reliable internet during your stay, be aware that the WiFi here is essentially unusable.

over 1 year agoOur stay was ridiculous, first off checking in is stressful because of the door alarm going off the whole time I was trying to speak!! I prepaid for the room and even though I had my receipt she said it was only a hold and and proceeded to charge me again, once we got to the room we immediately realized it was not the suite shown in the photo, when we went back to the front desk to share my frustration I was told that room was already rented and we could keep the room we got or go elsewhere that she couldn't do anything (not to mention we were 3hrs away from home) there was absolutely no care, compassion or empathy. We didn't have a choice but to stay because we were not gonna turn around and drive 3 hours home that time of night. About fifteen minutes later, the front desk called and apologized for the miscommunication, and said for all our troubles that the next time we are in the area that they would let us stay in the room we originally paid to rent free of charge. I appreciate that but then checking out i was then told about the double charge and that they refunded that to me, but.... they only refunded part of the extra charge so I still paid almost double the price to stay in a room we didn't even choose, and to add to all the stress my attempts to get a response as to what night the room will be available for our free stay has been ignored for weeks now!
