The staff lady were incredibly rude and unhelpful, completely ignoring our requests and making us feel unwelcome from the moment we checked in. Hotel was understaffed, leading to long wait times for basic services and also the lady charged us extra.

We were there 3 nights and not once did they come and bring us fresh towels or tp. They were really rude. The room was dirty and the tv never worked right microwave was broken. I will never come back to this place again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean and bright, check in staff was awesome. It was a bit further from the Casino than I hoped, quite out in the country, but the price was better than the rest.

Rooms are dated, cleaning staff is very nice. Beautiful views. Hotel is clean and parking is easy. Rates are best around. Updating my post: Yes, the cleaning staff continues to work hard to keep this facility clean. The management and receptionist don't seem to communicate together. Was told one thing by the receptionist upon checked in . Yes, your friend will get a room near you. Had a bad knee. Put on a different floor despite what was told by the receptionist. When he checked in, staff changed, and there was no communication. I reserved online for 3 days and had to leave the 2nd. Receptionist told me I could make up the stay as long as this year. Yet, upon checking out, the owners wife had no clue. My family ate dinner at the picnic table in the front to watch some sketchy things go on in the parking lot. Pretty sure drugs as they went in the car for 5 minutes, couldn't walk when coming out. Yet management acted surprised. All these cameras around the facility, yet nothing being seen. Was told they have had Mexicans staying for the last 2 months and not seen anything. Well, one night, my family did. May some some money by staying here, but may come up with more stress than needed. 1st time wasn't so bad. This time, my decision is to locate another hotel. And let my friends in the fishing tournaments know this experiences. Not one but many upon the 2nd time staying. Charge for a room I didn't use and went home upset with the communication or lack of within this establishment.

Everything from start to finish was so easy and so pleasant. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, the room was large and very comfortable, the bed was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and you can bet we'll stay here again when I'm in Massena. A 5 star hotel in my opinion! Overall - Great Staff and Great Service. Please keep up the Good Job.

Nice Motel! Awesome friendly staff! Very nice older motel with many updates. Comfortable beds and quiet and super clean rooms. Nice bathrooms with great water pressure. Lots of TV channels and the wifi is fast. I stay 2-3 times a month and I am always very satisfied.
