The staff and the room was good. The issue I had was that there was no communication about the pool not be available. The rooms were about $125 more per night the weekend I was there because demand was high - ok. But I book hotels with kids, they ask for ages, for the pool. Long car ride = kids with energy and the pool burns it off. Its -20C outside so they cant go run around outside for long. Why cant the hotel just contact me before? Email me, "Hey the pool isn't available". I would have tried to find a cheaper place because I paid for the pool for the kids. It's 2026, they ask for a plethora of information and cant communicate with me about the issues at the hotel. Im sick of traveling and paying for things that aren't available.

Hotel is what you expect for a Hilton brand. Breakfast ended early on Sat. Person at front desk needs some work on how they talk to guests.

Room was clean. Both Waffle machines were broken. All the fruit was well past its prime. Hotel management unresponsive.

One of the nicer Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Good location near numerous dining establishments. Complimentary breakfast was good. All the staff was very nice.

Oh my goodness the service here was fantastic! Specifically by Trey (Theresa)! She was attentive and fully understanding of our needs. Super kind and pleasant to talk to. Very friendly and honestly one of the best people I have ever met! Would absolutely stay here again just to come see her! Without her our stay would not have been nearly as good. Excellent member of the Hampton Inn Team!

The staff here went above and beyond for our work group. We truly felt right at home and cared for. One of my favorite hotel experiences yet

Great basic hotel with fairly recent updates including the nicer smart TVs that some Hilton properties are sporting these days. Room was clean and the place was relatively quiet. All as I've come to expect from the Hampton Inn brand.

We had lunch at the Arby’s across the road. The lunch was ok. We never went to the hotel at all as we live here. Looks great!

Was an amazing stay! We enjoyed every second of it. Very clean and refreshing after a long drive! The price was way worth it. Everyone who worked there was amazing and sweet! We felt very welcomed. It was so adorable seeing our last name welcoming my husband and I into our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we always had clean sheets. I like that the room is cleaned every other day you’re there. Overall amazing experience and I can’t wait to return for future trips!

I Must say this Hampton is always exceptional when we stay here . love to stay at this location in the spring because you can hear the peepers outside ; they have a lovely fire pit and patio with a grill out back. The staff are consistent with quality!! Polite, positive and personable!! They definitely go beyond.. Rooms are always spotless. It's been very quiet each time we've stayed. This location is within walking distance of a few restaurants.. (which is a bonus) If you are just passing through, or here for work, I would highly recommend this Hilton location.
