Spent 6 hrs driving to pick up grandson from college my wife very tired and hungry. Guys at front were helpful,first keys didn't open our room . They were ab k e to fit the problem, 2 ND problem my wife is a clean freak, she check everything. She rolled back bedding and found what looked like bed bugs. Took pictures ,were not bedbugs. Bedding wasn't changed stained and dirty. Was able to get clean bedding ,wife changed bedding,room smelled like wet dog.when all was done ,there a restaurant in motels 7 o'clock and restaurant closes at 8 as we were told and we were turned away because they were busy and closing at 8. So we walked across street to McDonald's and worst thing we ever done was to walk into that McDonald's restaurant. Stood at counter to order food and no one would wait on us. Order food on kiosk and paid for . After about 5 minutes one of female worker walk by and I told her that machine didn't give us a receipt she replied don't care. About 10 minutes later she walked to counter with our food in a bag and thru at me. Not even in town for an hour to find out i will never go back people ar we rude. The only person that wasn't rude was the mourning desk clerk really nice guy he was able to answer all are questions. Over all we paid 325 dollars, you would think paying that much k you get better service and I know mcdonald's not Best Western concern but we wouldn't be in that predicament if the restaurant didn't turn us away and hour before they close. Worst best Western we ever stayed and we stayed at alot Best Western thru out united states.

I’m an artist and traveled into to town for a talk & workshop at St. Lawrence university. The hotel was literally next door so that helped ease my anxiety along with the fact, there was a business office where I could finish writing and print off my talk. Thank you to the staff member Brittany, who helped ease some of my anxiety by being kind. Also, the hot tub was perfect my first night after a long day!

Stayed here for a hockey tournament and it was awesome. Nice pool and workout room Comfortable clean rooms(I slept great) Fun convenient restaurant and bar. Centrally located in Canton.

I had a very enjoyable experience. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. During my visit, the weather was poor due to a recent snowstorm. They kindly recommended several cab companies, and Hightower was particularly helpful. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, and the restaurant offered very satisfying food. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The rooms were very clean. Had everything we needed. Bar was good for drinks and food. Staff amazing. They took us in in a huge storm and accommodated us.

Great older hotel, smaller rooms, almost cramped. The hotel bar was great, stiff drinks & good apps. The restaurant on the other hand, stay away. Breakfast service is almost non existent, even was told by the waitress after 25 minutes that our order was lost. We left for faster food across the street. All in all, the hotel served its purpose. 2 nights is enough. There are other choices in town.

We stayed for a couple of nights while moving our daughter into her dorm at SUNY Canton. The room was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very attentive and courteous. I enjoyed my meal in their restaurant but my husband did not like the Mongolian beef. The French onion soup was delicious. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will be returning often. Location is perfect for college families.

Great service from this three star hotel. Budget friendly and quality rooms.

My husband and I went to eat some lunch at the hotel. Don't waste your time. We sat there for 15 minutes just waiting on a waitress to just take our drink order. They still just didnt come to our table. They all hung out around the table never came over. Don't waste you money here. There are much better restaurant with better service somewhere else.

The rooms are very small, there was a dirty towel on the floor upon arrival, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, black mold on the ceiling in the shower, mold around the drain in the tub, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were empty and never filled, and the walls are very thin so we could hear the person above and next to us the whole time. I will say our bed was made every day and fresh towels given each day besides that, the pool and hot-tub were the only good things about this place. We payed way too much for there to be no free breakfast!! Our next vacation, we will be staying in a different hotel in town for sure! Photo evidence will follow!
