This is a wonderful motel and a great location. The rooms are extraordinarily clean, and the staff is Very friendly. As someone who travels a lot, this motel is going on a list of places I will definitely come back to.

I reserved a room for my Mother and her boyfriend this past weekend. They had a wonderful time! The room was lovely, comfortable and well equipped with a working kitchen. The view of the St. Lawrence is amazing! Highly recommend

Great place ! Stayed over night for a fishing tournament very nice room . I did not have my boat with me but there was plenty of dedicated spots for boats with power . Super friendly front desk person could not have been nicer . Love this place . I will Be back .

I just stayed a few days in Apartment 20, behind the motel. I was in town for my high school reunion. Our Saturday night dinner was at the Country Club, practically across the street. What a perfect spot to relax! The place is spacious and immaculate. The kitchen is set up with pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware and silverware. Plenty of hot water. Two nice bedrooms. It was quiet and there is a pretty pond out back. Usually I have my dog with me, and this apartment was not a place for dogs. But I would totally stay there again.

Lakeview, is in a great location with a short drive to either the boat ramp or town. There is a nice trail right across the road where you can enjoy the river after a long day out and about. I had a single queen bed room which was clean, and comfortable. You can cook in your room which comes outfitted with some silverware as well as pots and pans which was awesome. Staff are very welcoming and great people. Will be stopping again when, I go back up.

Our stay at the Lakeview was wonderful. The innkeeper was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. The property is quiet, lovely, and centrally located to all of the parks we visited. One day we never got in the car - just walked across the street and spent the day birding on the trail that runs along the Seaway. We hope to stay at the Lakeview in a regular basis!

The price, staff and accomodations are wonderful here. I will stay here anytime I have to come to Massena again. You also can't be at the view here. Thank you very much Kathy and Laramay Family!

Probably the nicest little motel I've ever stayed at. I was greeted by the friendly innkeeper upon arrival, promptly given my room key, and shown to my room. The room was like a small apartment (contains a full kitchen) and had a very comfortable leather recliner. Bed was comfy too. Room was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Baseboard electric heaters are very quiet- unlike those noisy wall units that cycle on and off at most hotels. Overall the entire place is very quiet and there's not much traffic on the road, so it's a great place to get a good night's sleep. I'll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The owners & Miss Kathy are amazing people. They take a genuine interest in their guests and go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one . The grounds are beautiful & the accommodations are truly home away from home. As a traveling healthcare worker it is important to me that I find a place where I can relax and unwind after a long shift. I have everything I need from pots and pans in the kitchen to laundry services on site. There is a pond out back that you can enjoy a nice relaxing walk around and the lake across the street is absolutely beautiful.

My boyfriend is legally blind and he enjoyed the place very well. It was great for him to see the ships going down and up the St. Lawrence River because there is such a great view and they are very close. We've been going up in that area for 6 years and this is one of the best spots towards massena. The hotel manager was very nice and helpful. The owners also where very nice and friendly. The rooms where very clean and easy access for us. Love the kitchen with the full fridge and stove. The grounds are well kept and clean. A very quiet and peaceful place to stay at. The service and hospitality is fantastic and we haven't had great service like this ever in the 6 years that we have been going up in that area. My boyfriend and I are so glad that we found this place and can't wait to go back next year. Thank you again for all the excellent hospitality and history that you told us about the area. Will definitely recommend Lakeview Motel and Apartments to anyone that is looking to stay in that area. Again can't wait to come back next year. Thank You, Karen and Larry
