7 months agoNice clean room, but no place for your clothes (no dresser), no extra blanket. The room info states it will be serviced every day…no service took place, therefore, when tissues ran out, that was it. The included breakfast was meager and quite basic, self- serve. Best of all was the fire house alarm that goes off most nights in the middle of the night, (a true “ My Cousin Vinny” experience).

9 months agoVery nice place to spend a weekend. Easy to get to food and shopping. Could have parked and walked for anything we needed. Comfortable room with nice amenities. Kitchen access and a shared living room.

11 months agoI appreciated our request being fulfilled, needed to get into the room very early and drop off luggage and get changed for a memorial service. The room was very nice, very modern yet classic. The location is right downtown, I heard cars and trucks peeling out all night and no police sirens. Fireworks to boot on 6/21.

over 1 year agoPerfect place to stay in Potsdam. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and there is food in the kitchen all day long (cereal, bagels and yogurt). Keyless entry means no checkin, they just send you the code so it’s very convenient. 4min walk to downtown. Quiet.

over 1 year agoWe were in town for an event at Crane-- the location is right in town, the ease of check in/out was fabulous, the restoration of this historic home was loving, the room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. It was on point for the price.

over 1 year agoThis is my favorite hotel in the whole world, seriously. Its a beautiful old house that has been lovingly renovated! Its fairly priced. I love the rooms, the decor is fantastic. The coffee is good! Everything is great. I recommend it with no reservations (although, you definately want to make a reservation because sometimes they are sold out!)!

over 1 year agoWhat a gem in Potsdam! Centrally located downtown, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and very clean! Great visit to Clarkson and easy walk to hockey game. I appreciated all the details and the history of the house. So grateful that the owners have taken the time and energy to restore and maintain this lovely home. Felt very cozy and will be back. Highly recommend.

almost 2 years agoBeautiful hotel! Well appointed, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and VERY clean. Lovely well stocked breakfast area with all the basics for a quick bite. Communication with Pert House team was easy as they were very responsive. Highly recommend this gem in downtown Potsdam!
