Great VRBO rental, very cute, lots of attention to detail. Way better than any hotel in the area. If you don't wake up early and take advantage of the dock and river view, what are you even doing? Very nice backyard area for after hours wind down as well. We took the kayaks out for a morning paddle. You won't catch action like that at the Hampton Inn or best western.

Simply Exceptional! Our hosts, Beth and Jim, provided a truly wonderful experience during our stay in Potsdam NY. The unit was nicely decorated, very comfortable, clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful Adirondack setting just outside of town. The pickleball court, putting greens, hot-tub, and access to the Raquette River (kayaking/canoeing) from the property made this stay one of our most memorable. In their 10+ years of hosting, Beth and Jim have truly mastered the art of making their guests feel like family while providing an exceptional/relaxing experience. We’re looking forward to a return visit soon!

Beth’s place was beautiful, quiet and just what we needed! Other air bnb-ers were there but you barely noticed. Went kayaking, swimming at the beach 1/2m from the house, and enjoyed Italian bagels every morning!! Definitely worth the stay!!!

This place is absolutely stunning. Exceptionally clean and well appointed space that provides for anything you need. The property has many activities and you will have hours of enjoyment here. The property is so beautiful and we were able to kayak for hours. Fully equips kitchen and we were able to grill with any utensils you could need. Beds were super comfortable. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you, Beth and Jim!

5 stars are not enough. Beth's place was everything I needed for a weekend getaway and more. It is beautiful, quiet, peaceful and still plenty of do so you don't get bored. We played pickleball, hit some golf balls and relaxed with a fire by the hot tub. After the first couple hours we were already planning when we could come back! I would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to stay here again.

We had the best time staying with Jim & Beth. The house was clean and cozy had everything we needed. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating . I didn’t get to take many pictures, we were too busy enjoying ourselves. We can’t wait to plan our return here. This view ???

This apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated! There is a great view of the river from the apartment. The patio area with the hot tub is a wonderful little oasis! The location of this apartment is perfect, it is quiet and secluded but a very short trip to town. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish! The private entrance was great, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. The host was respectful for our privacy but was available if needed. We felt safe and secure! I can't say enough about this location or the host, they have thought of everything and there is plenty to do right on site! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and beautiful property! I should add that we rented this location while in town for parents weekend at one of the local colleges and this was the perfect location!

A beautiful unit in a lovely town with everything we needed for our family of four. Also the river was so fun to kayak - lots of natural landscape around. The property was well taken care of and inviting. Easy to book and communicate with Beth. Would definitely stay again.
