4 months agoGreat location, right in town. House was clean and Beth was very helpful throughout our stay! I would definitely rent again.

5 months agoWe chose this location due to its proximity to my family home just a block away. There are other tenants in the house, and we were able to hear them through the wall the first night even though they were using normal talking voices. We used a white noise app on our phone the rest of the nights there and slept soundly.I would recommend this location to others visiting Potsdam for its walkability and responsive host.

6 months agoWe enjoyed our stay at Beth's place and would definitely return. Beth is a great host, communication was quick and always helpful. Being the start of winter I'm always worried about feeling cold but the apartment is very cozy and warm and the bed is toasty too. Everything was super clean and there are plenty of towels in the bathroom. We appreciated the electric tea kettle and some tea in the cupboard. The location is super close to everything in town. We were visiting to check out SUNY and enjoyed several coffee shops and the Indian restaurant which has a great buffet.

7 months agoThis was our second stay at one of Beth and Jim's properties, and we will be back. Place was nice, though ladybug season made it interesting for the first day as we ushered a lot of them out. Beth communicates well and makes the stay super easy. We will be back while our son is at Clarkson!

7 months agoGreat location! Clean and free of clutter. Clear instructions and good communication. Went to Clarkson University hockey game for the weekend - super convenient. Also visited St Lawrence Power and Equipment museum. Would highly recommend and hope to stay soon!

9 months agoThe place was immaculate! The kitchen had what we needed and more. Exactly as described. Flexible with checkout (which wasn’t needed) but was a great gesture!Super close to the village and Clarkson Univ.
