This is a quaint little boutique in downtown Massena. It’s decorated with a relaxing and inviting feel. Take your time, smell the nice aromas and shop. You’ll find every accessory needed to go with some of the cute outfits they have. I love that they have a nice selection of dresses especially in the spring season. That’s hard to find in the North Country.

Love this little boutique! Something for everyone! Sarah who is there is wonderful. Friendly and always willing to help you mix and match until you find the perfect outfit. Their business casual dresses and summer dresses are cute and affordable!

Staff is always friendly, and I fully believe in supporting local shopping. However, I am upset with the return policy. I was sick after new years for almost 2 weeks and couldn’t come in to do a return. It’s not the money, it’s having to keep something I can’t use. Not happy about that. Other than that, I love shopping at Simplicity.

The ladies are so great! They helped me find the right size and color that is perfect for me! I was in a rush and they saved me time by helping to put things back on hangers. They are always friendly and accommodating! I love having a hometown clothing store that is both friendly and fashionable.

This is the 4th time staying at this location in the last 6 months. It was a great find! Convenient and close to my family who just moved into the area. The space is welcoming and comfortable. Will definitely be back again!
